Event Rental Tips & Frequently Asked Questions

We’re here to help you plan your Arizona event with confidence. From lighting ideas to dance floor sizing, get answers to the most common questions we hear from clients.

Popular Questions

What size dance floor do I need?

As a rule of thumb, estimate about 4–5 sq ft per guest. For 100 guests, a 20×20 ft dance floor (400 sq ft) is a great fit. We can help you choose based on your guest count and venue size.

Can you set up bistro lighting outdoors?

Yes! Our bistro string lights are perfect for patios, backyards, vineyards, and open-air venues. We offer freestanding pole kits when attachment points aren’t available.

Do you deliver and set up everything?

We handle full delivery, setup, and takedown of your rentals—so you can focus on enjoying your event. Just tell us where and when, and we’ll handle the rest.

What’s the difference between string lights and twinkle lights?

String lights (also called bistro lights) are larger bulbs that give off warm ambient light. Twinkle lights are smaller, fairy-style LEDs that create a magical, sparkling effect—great for wedding canopies.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during spring and fall

when wedding season peaks. Short notice? Reach out—we may still have availability.

What types of string lights do you offer?

String lights come in several styles. Bistro or festoon string lights feature larger globe bulbs spaced along a durable cable and are great for overhead lighting. Fairy or twinkle lights use tiny LEDs on thin, flexible wire and create a delicate sparkle, while lantern string lights incorporate paper or fabric lanterns for a softer glow.
