Outdoor Setups Require the Right Conditions
Outdoor installations can create incredible event spaces, but weather, wind, ground conditions, and site access can all affect the final setup.
Before Your Event
Events Horizon Rentals takes reasonable steps to install equipment safely and professionally. However, outdoor setups are always subject to the conditions of the property, the weather, and the surface we are installing on.
Dance Floors Outdoors
Dance floors installed over outdoor surfaces such as grass, dirt, gravel, or turf may not be perfectly level.
- Ground conditions may affect levelness and stability.
- Stabilization methods may be used when appropriate.
- A fully level or rigid floor is not guaranteed outdoors.
- The client is responsible for confirming the area is suitable.
- Additional adjustments or return visits are not included once installation is completed.
Pipe & Drape Outdoors
Outdoor drape is highly affected by wind and may require changes to the design, layout, or height during installation.
- Some outdoor drape styles may not be possible.
- Wind may limit height, width, or overall design.
- Heavy-duty bases and weights are used for stability.
- Drape will not be secured in a way that creates a sail effect.
- Events Horizon Rentals is not responsible for movement or changes caused by wind.
Weather & Site Conditions
Events Horizon Rentals is not responsible for equipment performance, appearance, or service disruption due to weather conditions, including wind, rain, or uneven outdoor surfaces.
Outdoor installations such as dance floors and pipe & drape are subject to site and weather conditions. Ground conditions may affect levelness, and wind may impact drape design, height, and stability.
Adjustments to layout, height, or design may be required during setup, and certain setups may not be possible.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the installation area before the event, including surface type, slopes, dips, rocks, turf, gravel, access issues, and any other conditions that may affect setup.
Events Horizon Rentals is not liable for unevenness, shifting, movement, or performance issues caused by ground conditions, weather, or inaccurate site information.
Once installation is completed, Events Horizon Rentals is not responsible for movement, shifting, or changes caused by weather and will not return for adjustments or resets.
If conditions are deemed unsafe during setup or teardown, service may be modified, paused, or canceled without refund.
