Payment Terms
All final balances must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the event date. Failure to make timely payment may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of the full deposit — no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a 15% refund of the total deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are non-refundable. If at any point Events Horizon Rentals needs to cancel or withdraw before setup is complete, 100% of the deposit shall be refunded.
