Arizona Event Rentals Built on Experience
Events Horizon Rentals is a family-run event rental and production company based in Phoenix, Arizona, backed by more than 15 years of experience in the event industry. From private backyard celebrations to weddings, corporate events, universities, municipal events, luxury resorts and large-scale installations, our focus is simple: provide dependable equipment, knowledgeable planning and professional installation from a team that knows events.
What started with years of hands-on experience in event rentals has grown into an Arizona company specializing in professional lighting, pipe and drape, dance floors, staging, tables and chairs, audio/video and other event production services.
Meet the Owner
Sergio Valenzuela
I started working in the event rental industry at 19 years old, and more than 15 years later, it is still what I know, what I enjoy and what I continue to build my life around.
I started in a warehouse cleaning chairs and worked my way through the industry to become an Operations Manager at a multi-million-dollar event rental company. Along the way, I was able to experience nearly every part of the business — chairs, tables, staging, fencing, tenting, flooring, traffic control, power, inflatables, lighting, audio, video, linens, drape, tableware, decorations and more.
What has always kept me interested is that no two events are exactly the same. Even when the equipment is familiar, the location, design, challenges and end result are different. There is still something rewarding about looking at a plain room, an empty backyard or a dirt lot and seeing what it becomes when everything comes together.
I’m grateful to everyone who coached me, trusted me and shared their knowledge with me throughout my career. Today, with my wife and an amazing team beside me, Events Horizon gives us the opportunity to put that experience to work for our own clients while continuing to learn, improve and grow.

Our work has taken us into private residences, wedding venues, resorts, hotels, universities, corporate properties and public facilities throughout Arizona. Events Horizon has provided rentals and installations for events at locations including the Arizona Biltmore, The Phoenician, Renaissance Phoenix Downtown, Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, Chateau Luxe, Arizona State University and City of Chandler facilities.
We have also had the opportunity to provide event services for current professional athletes from the MLB and NFL. Client privacy is important to us, so those individuals are not identified publicly.
Whether the event is a private backyard celebration in Phoenix, a corporate installation, a university event, a resort wedding or a destination setup outside the Valley, our experience allows us to adapt our equipment and installation process to the location instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

What We Do
More Than Dropping Off Rental Equipment
Events Horizon combines rental inventory with real event-industry experience. Depending on the project, our work may include site visits, layout planning, delivery, professional installation, event setup and teardown. That approach has allowed us to support weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, university events and larger venue installations throughout Arizona.
Bistro Lighting Across Arizona
Bistro string lighting has become one of our signature services. Our goal has been to provide some of the best professionally installed bistro lighting in Arizona, combining thoughtful layouts, professional equipment and years of hands-on event experience for everything from backyard celebrations to resort and corporate installations.
A Growing Presence in Pipe & Drape
Pipe and drape rentals have become an increasingly important part of Events Horizon. We use professional-grade pipe and drape systems engineered specifically for hanging drapery without requiring permanent attachment to venue walls or structures, allowing our team to create clean installations while respecting the venue and its finished surfaces.
Our inventory includes scuba, polyester and other drape materials along with the same type of professional-grade pipe and drape equipment used by larger event rental and production companies. With heights ranging from 7 to 20 feet and more than 1,000 linear feet of pipe and drape inventory, we have the equipment for everything from smaller backdrops to large-scale installations. As a smaller family-run operation, our goal is to provide professional equipment and experienced installation at a competitive price.

Built to Go Where the Event Takes Us
Events Horizon is based in Phoenix and regularly works throughout the greater Phoenix area, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale and surrounding communities. For the right project, our team also travels beyond the Valley for events throughout Arizona.
From a private residence to a resort ballroom or a wedding surrounded by the forests of northern Arizona, the location may change, but our standard does not: plan carefully, communicate clearly, use dependable equipment and do the job right.
